Your business talks all day.
It remembers almost none of it.
ChannelSense is the memory.
Messages, calls, and AI-assistant conversations, captured into one identity-linked timeline per customer: searchable across everything, stored in an open portable format. Built for operations-heavy businesses where the real record lives in group chats and on the phone of whoever took the call.
Searchable by nobody
If your business runs on messaging groups, calls, and email threads, the record of what was said, promised, and agreed already exists. It is just held in the formats hardest to get anything back out of.
The group chat holds everything
Production targets, dispatch confirmations, customer complaints, vendor delays: a thousand messages a day in the Operations War-room. Nobody can read it all. Nobody does. Scroll-back is the only search anyone has.
Calls live on one person's phone
The delivery date agreed on yesterday's call exists only in the memory of whoever took it. When they are off, unreachable, or gone, so is the commitment.
Email buries its own answers
The vendor's confirmation sits three forwarded threads deep. It was received; it was never surfaced.
Each channel keeps its own version
The same customer is a chat thread in one place, a call log in another, an email address in a third. No single view of what your business and that customer have actually said to each other.
The most expensive intelligence in your business is stored in the format that is hardest to extract value from.
Observe with consent. One timeline. Then ask it anything.
Observe, with explicit sign-off
No channel is read until your business explicitly authorises that specific channel. Group chats on the messaging platform you already use, business calls, and email are each brought in one at a time, within a documented pilot scope, with participant disclosure agreed during scoping.
One timeline per counterparty
Every captured conversation is linked to the customer, vendor, or contact it belongs to. The 6am message in the dispatch group, yesterday's call, and last week's email thread sit on the same identity-linked timeline: one record of the whole relationship.
Search and daily signal
Ask "find every conversation that mentions the delivery date" and get answers across messages, calls, and email in one query. Alongside search, a daily digest surfaces commitments, escalations, and exceptions to the business leader, before they have to ask.
Illustrative example, not live customer data.
Four things, done properly
Cross-channel timeline
Messages, calls, and AI-assistant conversations linked to one identity per customer or counterparty. What your business said, and was told, in one place and in order.
Full-text search across everything
One query across every captured channel. Find the commitment, the complaint, the confirmation, without asking who remembers it or which thread it was in.
Daily activity signal
A daily digest for the business leader: commitments made, escalations raised, exceptions detected. The dispatch issue posted at 6am is in front of a manager by morning, not discovered at 10pm.
Open, portable format
Conversations are stored in an open, portable conversation format: a record your business owns and can take with it. Your communication history is not held hostage to our product.
The question you should ask first
"Are you reading my customers' messages?" is the right question, and it deserves a straight answer. Here is how ChannelSense handles communication data during private beta, stated plainly, because on this subject specifics carry more weight than promises.
What we do
- Observe a channel only after your business gives explicit sign-off for that specific channel
- Agree participant disclosure wording with you during pilot scoping, in line with applicable data-protection, employment, telecom, and platform-policy obligations
- Apply data minimisation by default: phone numbers, identification numbers, and structurally personal data are redacted before structuring
- Enforce per-customer data isolation from the first row
- Document the specific data-handling arrangements for each pilot
What we do not do
- Silently observe channels your business has not authorised
- Send messages on your behalf without operator approval
- Train AI models on your communication data without explicit opt-in for that purpose
- Claim messaging-platform partnerships or certifications we do not hold
- Use channel observation for covert staff monitoring; it exists to support operations, and staff are informed of its purpose
Formal compliance certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, regional equivalents) are not in place during private beta. We will publish a compliance roadmap when the product moves beyond private beta. WhatsApp, where mentioned, refers to a channel your business already uses; ChannelSense has no partnership with the platform or its parent company.
Pilots are scoped to one operational pattern at a time
ChannelSense.ai is in private beta, being built from real operational workflows. A typical pilot starts with one channel (an Operations War-room group plus a related call line) and expands from there. Pilot pricing is set per use case during early access; standard pricing publishes when private beta closes.
